Condo faces the slope, ski right to and from the door! Mountain view. Ground floor door is 25 feet from the groomed slope. Fully furnished, full kitchen (microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, washer & dryer, 26" color TV, cable with HBO, Stereo, VCR, fold out Castro Convertible couch. Cozy, clean apartment style condo, 531 Sq-Ft. has full bath, bedroom (with huge closet) and living room & kitchen. Living room has view of the slope/mountaintop. This is a 4 room unit.  Sleeps 4 comfortably and maximum 5. Large parking lot is 150 feet from the unit. There is also a fold-up cot in the utility room.

2 1/2 hours drive from Manhattan. About 15 minute walk from bus stop and shopping. Mature, responsible, clean adults only, no rowdies, no partiers,  and:
NO SMOKING. Deposit required.

Rates:
Non-holiday weekend special rate available: $350 three nights!
Weekend days: $180 per night (Fri, Sat, Sun).
Weekdays are $100 per night (Mon, Tue, Wed, Thur).
There is a 2 nite minimum.
Some non-holiday full weeks are available, and ALL holiday weeks and long weekends are available at a special rate.

Summer rental: July & August are $1200 per month. (A week in June and Sept are included).
